Use at first sign of anxiety. Open and put under nostril and inhale deeply - repeat on the other side.
Caution: Do not use with children under 5.
Ingredients: Clary Sage (Salvia sclarea), Roman Chamomile (Chamaemelum nobile), Cedarwood (Cedrus deodara) and Geranium (Pelargonium roseum x asperum).
