Use at first sign of cold or flu symptoms. Open and put under nostril and inhale deeply - repeat on the other side.
Caution: Do not use with children under 5. People with asthma should be cautious. Ingredients: Eucalyptus (Eucalyptus globulus), Black Spruce (Picea mariana), Tea Tree (Melaleuca alternifolia) and Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia).
